We first create general concept boards for the space so we are on same design page, then the magic happens. Once agreed upon, we do all the work, including: purchasing, receiving, unpacking, inspection, delivery, returns, install and styling for a complete HGTV beautiful vacation home reveal. This package covers all of the photographic visual aspects of the rental.

Once products are agreed upon and payment is made, we will shop for all items and have them delivered to our receiver/your rental where we will receive, unpack, inspect and dispose of waste. Audio/Video is not included. We will install, style and arrange items, hang artwork, make the beds and arrange all the visual aspects, so the rental is "photograph ready" Professional photography for marketing is included in this package.
